Failure performance: stuck valve will cause fuel not to atomize directly into the cylinder, diesel engine work is not stable, exhaust smoke, and accompanied by sudden explosion sound.
Failure analysis: (1) The needle valve clearance is too small. The diameter of the injector is a cylindrical guide surface. Its role is to allow the needle valve to move up and down, so there must be a certain gap, allowing a small amount of pressure oil leakage, so that the needle valve is lubricated in the up and down movement, which can reduce wear and To prolong the service life, if the clearance is too small, the injector will be stuck due to thermal deformation during operation. (2) Because the impurity filtration in the diesel engine is not enough, the injector is stuck in dust when the surrounding environment is not clean in the installation process. This can cause the needle valve to jam. Therefore, the fuel fine filter and the coarse filter must be carefully replaced and cleaned during the process of replacement. When injecting the fuel injector, it must be ensured that the fuel line is clean and cannot be carried into the dust to prevent the needle valve from jamming.
Common Faults: Oxygen leakage and poor atomization of needle seats
Failure performance: When the needle valve is seated, the injector head has oil dripping phenomenon, resulting in carbon deposition, black smoke, large oil consumption, high exhaust temperature makes the diesel engine condition worse.
