Once the injection pump is deformed or broken, new parts must be replaced.
For the new fuel injection pump, the reasons for the stagnation are: (1) When the fuel injection pump is commissioned, the selected diesel is unqualified, the colloid content is relatively large, and the acidity is high. After this adjustment, an oil film adheres to the mating surface of the precision coupling parts of the fuel injection pump. If the fuel pump is stored for a long time, this layer of oil film will gradually generate organic sludge and gel, which will cause seizure after installation. Remedy: For the old fuel pump in use, the stuck plunger can be found and removed, cleaned with clean diesel. If the plunger couple is damaged by mechanical impurities, it can be cleaned with a clean oil.
