(1) The oil pump leaks. If the clearance between the plunger and the plunger sleeve is too large, the fuel will leak into the camshaft chamber from the gap to dilute the oil, destroy the lubrication condition of the injection pump, and accelerate the wear of the components. In addition, low-pressure oil leakage can also occur between the pipe joint, the sleeve and the housing.
(2) Dripping of the fuel injector caused by the failure of the oil valve. Multiple cylinder engine individual cylinder fuel injectors have oil drop faults, which can be replaced by alternative methods for troubleshooting. That is, the “faulty cylinder” fuel injectors are installed on the “normal cylinder” fuel injection pump sub-pump. If oil drops still, the fault is in the spray. On the nozzle, if there is no drip, the fault is on the fuel injection pump. In order to find out the fault further, the camshaft of the cylinder fuel injection pump can be turned to the bottom dead center, so that the plunger sleeve oil inlet hole can be opened, and the high pressure oil pipe can be unscrewed and hand pump can be used to supply oil, because the oil supply pressure of the oil pump is low. At the opening pressure of the outlet valve, the tight seat of the outlet valve should be free from bubbles or diesel overflow. Otherwise, it indicates that the oil valve and the valve seat are not closed tightly.
