FAQ: Common faults? Injector excess oil
ERIKC Answer: Failure performance: A lot of fuel flows into the return pipe and flows into the dirty tank, resulting in wasted fuel.
Failure Analysis: (1) Leakage from the end of the fuel injector inlet pipe. When the high-pressure oil inlet pipe of the injector is screwed into the injector body, the copper pipe gasket is sealed at the end of the nozzle to prevent leakage of the high-pressure fuel. The connection thread between the nozzle and the injector body leaks out to the outer wall of the nozzle and flows back. Tubing, into the dirt tank. (2) Discharge from the needle valve fitting with excessive clearance. After the injector enters the oil chamber in the needle valve, when the fuel pressure overcomes the pre-set injector spring pressure, the high pressure fuel lifts the needle valve. The injector is used to inject oil into the cylinder, and the matching clearance of the needle valve is 0.0015--0.004mm, such as the matching gap of the needle valve over the ambassador to escape a certain amount of high-pressure fuel, through the middle of the injector. Holes flow out into the return pipe and into the dirty tank.(3) Leakage from the bad planes.The sealing of each sealing plane (between the needle valve body and the seat plate, the carrier plate and the injector body) is bad, high pressure fuel from After the injector is connected to the injector, its inlet passage passes through the injector body, and the support plate reaches the needle valve body. These joint surfaces are precision-machined mirror seals and are fastened together by compression nuts. High pressure oil will leak out as soon as it passes through the seal plane.
