FAQ: After determining the accuracy of engine injector troubleshooting, remove the injector and verify it on the injector calibration table. Faults generally have the following types?
ERIKC Answer:(1) Injection pressure is too low;
(2) Fuel injection is not atomized, or obvious oil flow is shot down;
(3) The length of oil jets varies from nozzle to nozzle, and oil jets are not uniform;
(4) fuel injector drip oil;
(5) The injector needle stuck and burned.
After the above situation occurs, the injector should be disassembled and repaired. Replace if damaged. After the replacement, the injection pressure should be adjusted to 22+0.5 MPa, and the spray should be in good condition without dripping oil. The main reason for the failure of the fuel injector is oil and filter problems, such as the use of low-quality diesel fuel, long-term use of the filter element is not cleaned, not replaced. It is recommended that users use diesel fuel that meets the national standard. Each time the vehicle is cleaned, the diesel filter element should be cleaned. Second, the diesel filter element should be replaced, and the fuel tank should be cleaned periodically.
