FAQ: I have 2 injectors that I know are bad and they are easy to remove. Can I have just those 2 serviced by erikc ?
ERIKC Answer: No. It is our policy to service injectors in sets only. The reason, if one or more injectors have failed the others is not far Behind. It is also very common for this practice to create a new problem, when you service only a percentage of the injectors they will flow at different rates. The electronic control module (ECM) adjusts for the average of the set.
FAQ: I am rebuilding my engine, it ran great before it blew up. Do I really need to have my injectors serviced?
ERIKC Answer: Yes. What caused the engine to fail? This is more common than you may think, many engine failures are partially caused by Dirty injectors. When the performance of the injectors start to decrease the engine or that particular cylinder are starved for Fuel.
