ERIKC Answer:Since the metal is most likely to wear when working under high temperature conditions, the injectors of pintle and hole injectors extend into the combustion chamber, and most of the surfaces are in direct contact with the gas, subject to the baking of high temperature, high pressure gas. This is the main cause of the wear of the injector needle valve conical surface and the needle valve guide surface. For the pin-type injector, in order to avoid the whole gas-fired nozzle being baked, a copper gasket with an appropriate thickness can be installed at the injector head; for a hole-type injector, a v-shaped pad can be added. v The design of the mat should make the outer diameter as large as possible so that the inner hole can be as large as possible, so that it can be disassembled and prevented from invading when replacing the fuel injector.
